After Typhoon Morakot, Lee Huai-Jin, a ceramist in Bao-lai, empowered women to become craftsmen. So they can recover sadness caused by Morakot step by step while kneading clay. During more than 10 years, the pottery of Bao-lai Ceramics show special marks of nature and the close relation between human and land.

Craftsmen glaze the white body with natural materials after biscuit firing at 900 degrees, then glaze firing at 1200 degrees. The clay body become a colorful pottery which is like a full moon, and a symbol of reunion.
