The bread is made of selected French bread flour and homemade wild yeast. After seven days of fermentation, it is kneaded with tasty Taiwanese dried longans, which brewed with red wine. Then roasted in a high-temperature kiln with longan wood. The bread is rich in material and has crispy crust and soft chewy filling. It is the simplest flavor of the land. Without milk and eggs, edible for vegetarians.
Ingredients: bread flour, honey, wild yeast, walnuts, dried longans with red wine.
Taste period: 3 days at room temperature, frozen for 15 days. Steamed in steam cooker or sprayed some water then baked in oven before eating.
