The bread is made of selected sourdough, roasted in a high-temperature kiln with longan wood, covered with unsalted butter. Crispy crust, soft filling. You can taste the rich milky aroma and the light longan smell in every bite.


Ingredients: bread flour, unsalted butter, milk, eggs, sourdough, white sugar.
Weight: 300g±10g
Taste period: 3 days at room temperature, frozen for 15 days. Steamed in steam cooker or sprayed some water then baked in oven before eating.

※ The kiln is opened every Monday, Thursday and Saturday. If you order more than 25 loaves, we can customize and open the kiln for you.
※ The shipping fees between room temperature delivery and low temperature delivery are different. Please confirm the shipping fee, delivery date and whether it is in stock by the message.
※ The bread is also sold in Suai-a-ka Culture Shared Space. The price of the storefront and the online store is different.
