According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period since you receive the product. The cooling-off period includes weekends and holidays.
If you want to return the product, please contact us within seven days. You need to provide your name, order number, contact phone number, product item, product’s picture, and why you want to return. Once we receive this information, we will help you to return or replace the product.
※ If you have already gotten the receipt, please send it back with the product.
The return products have to be unused with the complete original package or be broken not caused by humans. Otherwise, the product cannot be returned.
The situations below are not allowed to return:
Your request for return has exceeded the 7-day cooling-off period.
The product is used, or be broken by humans, like malfunction, abrasion, scratch, etc.
The package of the product has slight creases and does not influence the quality of the product.
The package of the returned item is incomplete or damaged, or the accessories of the product are missing.
Return the products maliciously or in a large number.
If you apply to return because of personal reasons, you cannot ask for another return when you order the same product.
Process of return
Contact staff of our workshop → Confirm your return request is acceptable → Prepare the return product and receipt → Provide the pickup time, contact information, and your address → Collected by the courier.
Instructions for refund
If you pay by credit card, you will receive a refund in your credit card account.
If you pay cash on delivery, you will receive a refund in the bank account you provided.
If you pay through remittance, you will receive a refund in the bank account you provided.
