The pot and the steamer are on the kiln to cook, steam, stew delicacies while the woods are firing in the kiln. All meals are tasted pure and creative.
There is abundant produce in Taiwan. We use seasonal produce for cooking fresh, various, and local meals with four seasons change. Therefore, the delicate meal set in Suai-a-ka Culture Shared Space is a tasting menu with two main courses, three side dishes, rice, and soup. There is another feature of the delicate meal set in Suai-a-ka Culture Shared Space - you will use the ceramic dinnerware and the plant-dyed placemat made by artisans in Bao-lai to eat delicacies. This beautiful dinnerware makes the meals more delicious.
